Oralia Dominguez Guitierrez, 72, passed to be with the Lord Thursday, January 1, 2009, at Sanford Regional Hospital.      Born February 22, 1936, in Lampasos, Tamaulipas.  The eldest of 18 children, of whom only 10 lived, Oralia was raised in Nuevo Laredo, Tamapulipas.  She attended Nuevo Laredo, Mexico public school and attended college to be a secretary.  Following college, Oralia worked a Pantion Municipal for two years as a secretary.  Throughout the course of her life she worked in fields, factories, and as a seamstress.  However, Oralia yearned for a better life for her and her children.  In May of 1978 she and her children immigrated to the United States in search of a better way of life.  She settled in Eloy, Arizona for the next 13 years.  It was in Eloy where she and her family worked towards making their dreams a reality.  In 1991 she moved to Worthington, Minnesota and her family soon followed.  She was a member of Comunidad Cristiana de Worthington.  Oralia’s greatest joy was caring for her grandchildren.  Those who knew her best admired her deep faith in God and dedication to her family.
