     Jorge Luis Saenz, age 54, was born on February 3, 1961, in San Juan, TX, the son of Ruben Gustavo Saenz and Maria Luisia Farrias. He worked for various farmers picking watermelons for several years. He then worked at a car dealership as a detailer. Jorge married Sylvia Gamboa on July 5, 1988, in Edinburg, TX. He moved to Minnesota in 2000 and worked at Hy-Vee Food Store in Worthington. Jorge died on Thursday, December 24, 2015, at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
     Jorge is survived by his wife, Sylvia Saenz of Worthington, MN; daughter, Sara Saenz of Worthington; son, Jorge Saenz Jr. of Worthington; brothers, Jose Saenz, Gustavo Saenz, and Armando Saenz, all of Worthington, and sister, Maria Isabel Saenz of Fulda, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers
     Funeral mass will be held on Monday, December 28, 2015, at 1:00 p.m., at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Worthington, MN, with Father Luis Vargas officiating.
Visitation will be from 12-1 pm on Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
